These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of AI Agent Kit™ ("the Product"), offered by Agentic Ocean ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Short version: You get a license to use and sell the products you create with this kit. You cannot resell the kit itself or its workflow. Products you create are 100% yours.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the n8n workflow and agent system to create unlimited digital products
Sell and distribute products created using the workflow
Retain 100% of revenue from products you create
Edit, customize, and rebrand the output of the agents for your products

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, share, redistribute, or give away the AI Agent Kit™ workflow, system prompts, or any included packs to others
Claim authorship of the AI Agent Kit™ system itself
Use the kit to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or in violation of any platform's terms of service
Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying workflow for the purpose of creating a competing product

3. Ownership of Your Output

Any digital product created using AI Agent Kit™ is entirely yours. You own the copyright to your output (subject to applicable AI copyright law in your jurisdiction). We make no claim to products you create.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with AI Agent Kit™ for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aiagentkit.net and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Warranty

AI Agent Kit™ is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding results, earnings, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your results will depend entirely on your effort, niche selection, and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Ocean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
